The K-Dee Toy Shop began trading in Chatswood NSW in the early 1930's. In 1935 relocating to George Street in Sydney where it continued to expand it's range of hobby related products. In 1946 the business was renamed to Hobbyco.

Hobbyco continues to trade today from several store locations across the Sydney area.
