No further information can be found about UBA beyond what appears on the carton in this photo. However looking at this engine it appears to be a Parken Steam Engine from their 2nd production batch in the 1970's with perhaps different colour paint.

It's worth noting that Parken and UBA were located in neighbouring suburbs of Clayton and Moorabbin, and as engineering businesses may have known each other.
